I created this deliverable in a three person team during the 2nd quarter of my UW professional technical writing certification program. During the quarter we each took turns with three different roles: writer, editor, and production specialist. For this project I was the writer so I was in charge of creating and organizing the written copy. I wrote the document in a Q&A format from broad to specific so that the user would be able to narrow down their interests to the particular form of online learning that best suits their needs and goals.
